People ask us for free estimates! 

   I never mastered the "trick" of being able to put proposals together quickly.
  I take planning very seriously.
  My designs take hours of "brain" time to plan the space and select appropriate product. My next thought is how do I take the design to a higher level?
There is the task of coordinating tile, backsplashes, lighting, textures, cabinet
features, etc., etc. , etc.  I do estimates in the showroom, but -

Please don't ask to take our work effort home with you unless you are
willing to leave a fee. There is a charge, happily refunded when we
get the job. Why charge?? Please review the following and you will understand!

 We had a presentation this past Saturday [5/3/08] ; the customer was elated!
She told me our presentation was her most creative!  Our pricing was
 favorable in comparison to others displaying less design features.
I tried to write a contract, but was advised two more companies were
called to view her kitchen space. Ten companies were requested to price
her project, AND, we were "only"  #8.
She asked for print outs of the designs and wanted to take them with her.
Am I also to design for my competition?

Generally, we tear out the floor, walls, etc., and begin your project from "scratch."

Bathrooms projects take advantage of our discounted designer
level products and are usually priced between $15,000.00 - $20,000,00.

Customer can choose from a very large selection of tiles, toilets,
vanities, medicine cabinets, shower units, tubs, etc.

Artists are available to apply special finishes  to cabinets and
relief dimensions to walls. Other talented people can fabricate
laminated and textured glass if desired!

 Exotic countertops, steam rooms, saunas, whirlpool baths, etc. are
usually priced higher.

Our kitchens often feature a new lighting design, solid surface counter
tops, undermount sinks, xenon under counter lighting, interesting
exhaust hoods, ceramic or wood floors and custom cabinets.
  Doors can stainless with interesting glass or metal.

 Ceramic back splashes are one choice of many. Often we combine
several design elements to make your statement.

We have never produced the same kitchen or bathroom twice!

 Prices begin at about $25,000.00 + appliances for a smaller kitchens
using a framed Armstrong, Inc. cabinet. Medium sized kitchens begin
 about $30,000.00 + appliances.
Frameless custom cabinets are our forte, and, in our opinion,
  offer more internal space and features. Usually they are more costly.
Our larger custom frameless kitchen projects have been in the 
$52,000.00 + appliances range.

We also have less expensive cabinets from China, and they can reduce
costs. Most cabinets have small flaws people often don't see.
The majority of customers are happy with the all wood cabinets.

Accent offers a five year warrantee on labor; many companies
we represent guarantee their products for a lifetime.

 Larger projects? We have been doing them for years!

Many possibilities exist in design; it is impossible
to present accurate charges without consultation.. this is a guide
for the greater Baltimore area.

Generally, labor can be more expensive in other areas.
