Kindly write us a note about how we can design your custom
kitchen, bath or other areas in your project.

Please understand many items we supply are special order and not returnable.
A majority of our factories begin manufacturing your product only after receiving your order.
Most items are not "stock." Box" stores have stock items;
you visited this website to enjoy another experience.

Often products can be returned but we are always charged a manufacturer's
restocking fee.This is a fee the manufacturer charges us! we pass their
charges on to the client at no profit.
Freight charges we incur are deducted from the refund.


Freight carriers assume title and risk on products delivered. Freight carriers by
 law have
the right to repair items where possible and bring them to "original" status.
We will make every effort to make purchasing from us a pleasant experience.
If there is a damage we will endeavor to get it resolved in a very timely fashion!

Our "spam" program sometimes eliminates customer inquiries.
Please call us if we haven't gotten in touch with you in a a few days! 

The Accent showroom and phone hours are 11:00 to 4:00 Eastern Time
Tuesday through Saturday. 

Customers are invited to schedule appointments before and after.

Frequently we receive inquiries for catalogs / literature - unfortunately, we have 
nothing to send - our manufacturers [and there are 85+] send us a master catalog
and updates on discs. We have very little to send out!
Most of our offerings are on site - about  200 pages!
Email us for specific & additional information required. We would be
